This Community-Led Seniors Book Club is a diverse group of seniors who enjoy reading a wide variety of genres and authors. Their conversations discuss themes in the books, authors' writing styles, norms of many cultures, and at times, philosophical ideals and practices. Discussions are lively and draw on the experiences of all of their book club members. The group meets from September to June, taking a break for the summer, and has been operating out of the George Ashe Library since 2000. The Seniors Book Club is currently accepting new members.
