This month’s Culture & Cuisine is all about soup! We’re making classic chicken noodle and butternut squash (vegetarian), and giving them to the community just before the Santa parade! Come cook, connect, and share a warm bowl of kindness with your neighbours. Culture & Cuisine is a cultural program that brings people together through food. It celebrates diversity, builds community, and offers a meaningful way to practice English through real conversation. This program is proudly led by newcomer volunteers, bringing their own cultural perspective to the experience. Participants cook a recipe from scratch in this hands-on culinary experience, then share the finished dish together. This program is in partnership with Niagara Falls Community Health Centre and will be held in the kitchen space at the NFCHC, 4790 Victoria Avenue, NF. Please use the main door on the back parking lot side of the building.
