The Burlington Lions Club's Festival of Lights turns Spencer Smith Park into a waterfront winter wonderland of more than 60 glowing displays, lit daily 4 PM–midnight. Opening night is Friday, November 27 (6:30–9 PM), when the countdown lights the new 35-foot tree, with live music from the Teen Tour Band and a visit from Santa. Free.
