Off Peak Perks - Apple Pie Class
This class is perfect for beginners, it teaches guests how to make flaky pie dough, prepare apple filling, assemble a pie and decorate it with a lattice top or dough cutouts. Each guest takes home a 9-inch unbaked apple pie to bake at home or freeze for later, along with pastry dough and apple filling recipes emailed before class. All ingredients and equipment are provided.
