Chef Yumiko Kobayashi will provide a brief cultural history about "Furutsu Sandos", or Japanese fruit sandwiches, then lead a hands-on demonstration and workshop to make "Furutsu Sandos” consisting of fresh fruit fillings, bread and whipping cream.
