The 2-hour Apple Pie Class is beginner-friendly and teaches guests how to make flaky pie dough, roll it out, prepare apple filling, assemble the pie and decorate it with a lattice top or dough cutouts. Participants take home an unbaked 9-inch apple pie to bake at home or freeze for later, along with recipes emailed before class. All ingredients and equipment are provided.
